Welcome to Git-R-Free, (the "Web Site"). The following Terms & Conditions ("T&C") contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Web Site and Git-R-Free Service (as defined below). These T&C describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from the Git-R-Free Service. If you do not read, understand, and agree to all of the T&C, you may not use the Web Site.

Git-R-Free reserves the right to add to, delete or change these T&C because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law. As such, you should check these T&C from time to time for such changes.

1) The Git-R-Free Service

Git-R-Free.com allows customers to earn free gifts by completing advertiser-sponsored offers, and then referring a certain number of people to the site who must also complete advertiser-sponsored offers. Offer participation and referrals are required to obtain a free gift.

The advertisers offers will have various values known as "credits". You do not obtain any form of rewards for doing any specific advertiser-sponsored offers. We do this so you can choose offers that you show true interest for.

2) Account Structure

a. There is no cost to create a Git-R-Free account. Only one account is allowed, one account per person and only one account per household/IP. Each user may create one Git-R-Free ID (see FAQ), which can be extended to any of the Git-R-Free.com web sites. The same email address must be used on all Git-R-Free.com web sites. You can see which sites you have signed up to in our network here.

b. Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts by using multiple addresses, email addresses, or IP addresses.

c. Git-R-Free accounts are non-transferable.

d. Breach of these terms will result in account closure and all credits on all Git-R-Free.com web sites will be forfeited.

e. Users with closed accounts are forbidden from creating a new account on any Git-R-Free web sites.

f. Users are responsible for securing their Git-R-Free account information. Accounts found or reported to be compromised will be immediately locked and all credits will be forfeited. Git-R-Free is not responsible for losses incurred due to compromised/fraudulent accounts.

g. Users are not allowed to login to their personal Git-R-Free accounts from public internet connections. If a user wants to check on the status of their account and/or their referrals completion status from a public internet connection it is advised that they use our network status checker which can be located here to prevent risk of a breach of terms.

h. Users are not allowed to use P.O. Box addresses or APO addresses. If a user is found using these for their address they will be placed on hold and ID will be requested.

i. Users should complete offers from an internet source (IP) that is located in the same state as the credit card's registered address that you are using to purchase products to assist with successful lead tracking, fraud prevention, and risk of credit revocation. Failure to do so can result in account hold.

k. Users are not allowed to use AOL or any other form of OPEN PROXY when signing-up or using our sites. If an account is determined to be using a Proxy IP, the account will be terminated and all progression towards your gift will be forfeited.

3) Gift Requirements

Choose a Gift, each gift requires you to receive 100% Credit and a specified amount of referrals.

4) Referral Requirements

Each referral must complete and reach the 100% offer completion goal to count as a completed (green) referral.

5) Offers / Offer Credits

a. Each user must complete his or her own offer requirements. Users may not solicit or otherwise permit another individual to complete offers on their account or use another persons name or address when completing offers.

b. Git-R-Free is not responsible for requirements or terms of advertisers presented on this site. Please review all advertiser policies and terms before completing an offer. Git-R-Free is not responsible for any contracts or charges incurred by its users while completing advertised offers.

c. In order to receive credit for offers, users must sign-up by clicking the unique link/banner provided on the Git-R-Free offers page. Users are advised to disable popup blockers and ensure your browser allows cookies in order to receive credit. (Please see: Crediting guide)

d. Users may not complete an offer more than one time. Multiple offer completions of the same offer will result in account closure and forfeiture of gifts. If we are informed that a user completed the same offer elsewhere, by our publishers or other site owners, this will result in immediate account termination!

e. Offer credits are subject to verification of the actual completed requirements. Git-R-Free reserves the right to refuse or revoke credits for offer completions for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, duplicate completions, fraudulent information, under age, early cancellation, or non-payment from advertisers/publishers.

f. All Web Hosting offer accounts must remain active for 60 days to ensure legitimate crediting.

g. Crediting time varies for each offer completion. Git-R-Free is not liable for lead reporting delays of credits or no credit situations. Users may not always receive credit for completions due to circumstances beyond our control. Credits may be refused as the result of, but not limited to, the following situations: fraudulent sign-up information, failure to meet requirements, use of pre-paid cards, or duplicate offer completions.

h. Offer credits are non-transferable between Git-R-Free gift sites, nor are referral accounts.

i. Git-R-Free does not have access to any information submitted to or used by the advertiser of completed offers. You must directly contact the company of the offer you complete for any questions or concerns you have concerning your enrollment. Do not contact them with concerns on lead reporting as we work with many third party affiliates and advertisers will rarely understand your questions to them.

j. Use of Pre-Paid giftcards of any kind are not allowed nor permitted when participating in offers. Security-based credit cards that are self-generated with a limit are considered a Pre-Paid non-rebillable card. (Please see: Crediting guide)

6) Manual Credits

a. Manual Credits are accepted for those offers containing "MCR Allowed".

b. DO NOT contact the advertiser about non-crediting issues. Customer Service Representatives for these companies do not have record of "offer completion crediting" and have no power to give you credit.

c. The manual crediting process can take up to, or exceed, 60 days.

d. Even if you have the confirmation email, were charged successfully, and have already received the product, you may not receive manual credit. Frequent industry changes do not allow us to guarantee manual credit. See our crediting assistance page.

7) Gift Fulfillment

a. Users can receive multiple gifts from each of our sites, but are limited to one gift reward per order placed.

b. Gifts cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses or APO addresses. Users must supply valid and current shipping addresses, if an address is found to be invalid the user will be placed on hold.

c. Federal Law requires Git-R-Free to collect a W9/W8 forms if a user exceeds $600 or more in gifts/rewards/prizes across the Git-R-Free Network. Users will forfeit gifts/rewards/prizes and offer credits if a completed W9/W8 form is not provided.

d. All orders are subject to approval based on, but not limited to, the following requirements: correct/valid account information, phone verification, offer and referral requirements have been met, and user does not have more than one account.

e. Git-R-Free cannot guarantee delivery times, but will ensure measures are taken to provide delivery within a reasonable amount of time. Our current policy states that all gifts are scheduled to be shipped within 24-48 hours of account and order approval. Third-party payment delays can cause late payments/shipments on rare occasions.

f. Users must be sure to provide correct shipping information to Git-R-Free in order to receive their gift. Git-R-Free is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments of any kind.

h. All users must provide valid ID, on our form, for any Cash Reward type gift. (ie. Drivers License)

i. Order Approvals may take up to 3-5 Business Days. (Occassionaly much quicker)

8) Your Registration Obligations

a. Account registration is required in order to create a Git-R-Free ID. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should any of your own information change after submitting it to Git-R-Free, you are hereby required to update that information as soon as possible. Should Git-R-Free.com suspect that your personal information is not complete, current, or accurate, your account may be subject to suspension or termination Git-R-Free is not intended for children under the age of 18.

b. Users must create their own account. Users are not allowed, under any circumstances, to register or participate on behalf of anyone other then themselves.

c. To register and participate on Git-R-Free, users must reside and participate from within the United States, Canada, Australia, or United Kingdom. Accounts created or pursued from outside these locations will result in account closure and all credits will be forfeited.

d. All users will be requested to confirm their phone number using the Telephone Confirmation system that is in place upon registration to our site. (Voice Over IP and Pre-Paid Cell Phones are not valid phone numbers for the Telephone Confirmation system, please use a land line or cell phone)

9) Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is subject to Git-R-Free.com's privacy policy. For information on Git-r-Free's privacy practices, please see the entire privacy policy.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Git-R-Free.com and its owners, employees and other partners, harmless from any alleged damage, loss, or expense, including without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the T&C, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access and offer completion.

11) Member Conduct

a. You understand that maintenance of all personal information (referral link(s), contact information, etc…) is your sole responsibility. Git-R-Free is not responsible for lost referrals due to incorrect referral links. Please double check your links before proposing or accepting a swap/trade.

b. Referrals are non-transferable. If a user signs up un-referred, and has any credits to their account they cannot be made a referral for another users account.

c. Walk-throughs are not permitted. A referrer may not instruct or suggest in anyway which offers to participate in. Suspicious behavior suggesting walk-through may result in account closure.

d. Spamming is not permitted nor tolerated in any form. All reports of spamming will be investigated and may result in account closure and forfeiture of gift.

12) Termination

a. Termination. Git-R-Free.com may suspend or terminate your use of the Web Site or Git-R-Free Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have breached a term of these T&C.

b. Survival. These T&C will survive indefinitely unless and until Git-R-Free.com chooses to terminate them.

c. Effect of Termination. If you or Git-R-Free.com terminates your use of the Web Site or the Git-R-Free Service, Git-R-Free.com may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the service and Git-R-Free.com will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You are not entitled to a refund of any sort if you or Git-R-Free.com terminates your account.

13) Disclaimers and Exclusions

a. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. Git-R-Free.com PROVIDES THE WEB SITE AND Git-R-Free SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Git-R-Free.com DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE, Git-R-Free SERVICE OR ITS USE: (i) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, (ii) WILL BE FREE OF INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, (iii) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (iv) WILL OPERATE IN THE CONFIGURATION OR WITH THE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE YOU USE. Git-R-Free.com MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THESE T&C, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Git-R-Free.com may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this posting. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then-current Terms of Service to which you are bound.
